Lobster Salad

Ingredients :

250 grm small lobster
5 stk Fresh tomatoes ( sliced )
500 Grm Rucola salad
2 sp margarin
2 stykke garlic (minched)
salt , pepper to taste
fresh thyme
fresh basil

sauce :
2 Dl Creme freche ( Sour cream)
Salt
Pepper
sugar
1 sachet galic dressing mix

Direction :

Under medium heat melted margarin in a pan add garlic , lobster ,thyme and basil add salt , pepper to taste... put a side.

sauce : mix garlic dressing mix with sour cream .

Serving suggestion :

Put rucola and add tomatoes , lobster and sprinkle with the sauce taste with salt and pepper...
