Pastel goreng /Indonesians snack
Ingredients :
250 grm flour
1 egg
50 grm margarin
1/2 tsp salt
75 ml water
Filling :
150 grm minched chicken
100 grm minced shrimp
1 pc carrot
50 grm green beans
25 grm soun
3 boil egg (sliced)
2 pc garlic (minced)
5 pcs shallot (minced)
2 bt springonions (sliced)
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp flour to make thick
2 sp margarin
Directions :
Mixed all ingredients and let them in 10 minutes cover the pastry with wet fabric to avoid dry
Let the pastry on the table and pressed them using the ruller make the pastry rounded shape with diameter 10-12 cm.Until all the pastry finished.
For filling :
1.Put margarin in a pan under medium heat add garlic, shallot till it soft and add the rest of ingredients except , soun , egg and flour.
Soun , cut them in medium size and add warm water in 2 minute and through away the water.
Add flour which been add smal water to the first ingredients to make it thick and add soun.
finishing :
take 1 rounded pastry add 1 sp filling and 1 sliced egg . Folded in halv round and using the fork make a little decorated.
Fry the pastry in a hot oil serve it immediately with chili sauce...
