Ingredients :
500 grm gloutinous rice flour
250 ml coconut milk ( warm them before mixed with the other ingredients )
5 sp tapioka flour
200 grm cococnut milk (dried)
2 tsp salt
Oil to fry
sauce :
300 grm brown sugar
150 grm sugar
100 ml water
Directions :
Mixed all the ingredients until it blended. Make them in form rounded untill all done. fry it in oil medium heat until it brown and put aside
Sauce : let them boil and thick.
Dip the gemblong had been fried to the sauce let them dry and serve efter...
Good serve with warm tea or hot chocolate...
