Tom Yam gung / Thailands soup

Sour , spice , fresh...hemmm yummmy

Ingredients :
300 Gram Shrimp
50 Gram shitake mushroom ( Let them in hot water for 5 minuter before cut them in to two )
3 Sp Tom yam sauce
Lemon grass
Galangal
Kaffir lime leaves
carrot ( additional )


Directions:
Boil water in a pot about 4 glass of water , add 3 spoon of Tom yam gung sauce Instant , lemongrass, galangal and Kaffir lime leaves,and carrot stir it well. . Add mushroom and continue to cook . Add Shrimp and cook and adjust the taste with salt and sugar

To serve, place the soup in a bowl .
