Ayam goreng mentega /Indonesian Chicken with Butter Sauce

Chicken ..again ...and again...well it is my Daughter favorite food so eventhought sometime i feel boring to cook chicken again and again but " For your own kids everything will do right " he..he So it up to me to find something different evreytime my daughter asked for chicken and here one of them.,...enjoy !

Ingredientes :

2 Kg Chicken Thight ( there are about 7 , need to cut became 2 so total will be 14 pcs )
4 Sp Butter
2 sp Garlic powder
2 Sp Ginger powder
4 Sp sweet soja sauce
5 kaffir lime leaf
1/2 block chicken stock /broth
2 Onion ( chopped ,bite size)
1 Lime
1 lemon
3 Fresh garlic ( Finely sliced )
1 cm Fresh ginger ( Finely sliced )
Oil to fry the chicken.
1 Tomato ( Finely sliced)
1 Sp pepper
salt to taste

Direction :
Wash chicken and to soak with Lemon juice and put aside for ca. 15 minute. Wash again and add Salt ,peppber ,garlic powder and ginger powder let them as marinate for about min 30 minute.

( if we cook chicken directly to the butter sauce sometime we still found the red thing inside the chicken that is why i never cook directly to the butter sauce like the normal people do it )

Put oil in pan under medium heat let it hot and start to fry marinate chicken until it is done ( brown , crispy ) put a side.

In another pan under medium heat add Butter and fry Onion until it faded. Add kaffir lime leaf , ginger ,garlic , pepper until it done . add chicken stock and soja sauce mixed all together and add fried chicken and tomato stir add salt to taste for 5 minute. put a side.

serving : take chicken put on plate and add the lime juice on top of the chicken serve with hot rice..!
