Tagliatelle coloured pasta with Meatsauce /My own way

Boring with Rice ???? , well another alternative to try...

Ingredients :

500 gram Tagliatelle pasta
500 Gram Minced Meat
1 Meat broth (magi block )
1 Sp garlic (finely sliced)
1 tsp pepper powder
100 ml whip cream
1 cane Tomato pure
3 pc Tomato ( Finely sliced)
3 sp tomate ketchup
3 sp Oregano
Parmesan chess


Direction :
Stir fry garlic add Minced meat until it brown and add meat broth ,tomato pure,tomato and tomato ketchup . Add Whip cream taste with little salt and pepper add Oregano...

meanwhile : Boil water with salt and add Tagliatelle pasta cook for about 10-15 minute, put aside.

serving :

take one portion pasta and add one portion meat sauce and add with Rivet Cheese.
