Ikan goreng bumbu sedap / Indonesian Fried Fish

When I was a little my mom always make this one but using different fish ( Mujaer or ikan mas ) but since is not possible to find the same here so i take an alternative this time i used "salmon "...salmon consider as western fish but i used Asiatic spice and you know what hemmmmm it like an old time when my mom made it for me !

Ingredients :

5 pcs Salmon 8 Size as a picture here you can buy in pc like this )
3 Garlic cloves peeled and mashed
2 shallots peeled and mashed
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 Sp Coriander seed , ground
salt and just a little sugar to taste

Combine spices (make for marinade ) and add salmon put in refrigerator for min 30 minute .
heat oil and deep fry fish until it is done...

serve with Hot rice and sambal ( Chili )
