Danish Frikadeller

A few time ago i was cleaning little room on my second floor house and you know what i found "Hjemkunskab grundbog 1975" meant " danish cooking book classes published in 1975 ! oh my God how happy I'm ..my husband said that book he used for his cooking classes when he went to school 33 years ago !! contents was "danish traditional food "

In the same time i tried one of in the recipe and you know what hemmmm lækker ! Just want to share with you....worth it to try !

Ingredients :

500 Gr Ground meat
6 Sp Flour or Rasp
2 dl Milk
2 Egg
2 tsp Salt
2 Sp Pepper
2 tsp Onion (crushed & Smashed)
Margarine for steak

Direction :
Mix milk and flour ,add little by little ground meat add egg mixed all together and add salt and pepper.

Put margarine in pan (it about 2 sp ) and let warm . Using spoon take one of the mixed meat and steak on pan do it until it brown...

Serve with Potatoes and brown sauce ( danish brun sauce )
