Ikan asin oseng toge

...My husband don't like it because there is salt fish on it but i like it yummy lol

Ingredients :

salt fish ( fry )
Bean shoot
Chili ( thinly sliced)
garlic ( thinly sliced)
salt
pepper
vegetable broth (bumbu penyedap )
spring onion
sugar to taste
Oil for fry

Direction :

fry garlic ,chili til it soft add bean shoot,salt ,pepper and vegetable broth .add a little water and sugar to taste. let them simmer once water is dried add salt fish and spring onion and take it from heat.

serve with hot rice.
