Dansk Brune kartofller / Danish Brown potatoes

Another danish traditional food...worth it to try...!

Ingredients :
100 gr margarine
100 gr sugar
500 gr potatoes (boil )

Direction :

Heat Sugar on the pan under medium heat let become caramel but make sure sugar is not turn to dark (just a more yellow ) to avoid bad taste add potatoes and margarine let them caramelized. take out from pan and serve to the steak as you wish

can match to all steak.
