Macaroni schootel




Back home meant back to my old kitchen...since we buy the food most of the time when we have a holiday in bandung so exciting to back to normal activity...here is my first food i made in the first day i arrived home...




Ingredients :
250 grm macaroni
2,5 lt water
3 tsp salt
60 grm margarine
5 sp vegetable oil
1 onions ( slice bitte size )
3 garlic ( crushed)
300 sausage beef ( slice bitte size )
1 beef broth ( instant)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 megnut powder
1 1/2 Sp sugar
600 ml milk
75 gr cheese gouda
225 grm cheese cheddar
5 pcs egg ( beat )


Directions :

1. Boil macaroni in boil water + salt. put a side.
2. heat a pan with vegetable oil and frying the garlic until it smelly good add onions and stir , add sausage, pepper ,salt , megnut, and beef broth (kaldu instant) mixed about 15 minutes
add milk until it boil . turn of the heating.
add macaroni and cheese gouda mixed let it cold for 20 minutes

3. add beaten egg and 1/3 cheddar cheese and mix well.

4. Bake in a greased oven proof casserole , and sprinkle the top with the rest of cheddar cheese.

180 celcius within +/- 40 minutes


serve hot with chili sauce.
