Risoles ragout daging/Indonesian snack

Ingredients :
For filling :


100 gr onion
400 gr minced meat
200 gr carrot (sliced in bitte size )
200 gr potatoes ( sliced in bitte size)
300 cc milk
2 bunch spring onion
1 sp pepper
1 sp garlic powder
1 sp salt
3 sp sugar
1 tsp mutkatnod powder
9 sp flour
2 sp margarine



additional :

30 ps cheese sliced 3X3X0,3 mm
30 pcs smoked beef ( 3 X3 cm )

For /skin flensjes :

250 gr Flour
2 egg
1 sp vegetable oil
salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
650 cc water

Additional .

Breads crumbs
3 gg
salt to taste

Direction :

For filling :

Heat the wok on medium, 3 sp vegetable oil. add the onion and fry until fragrant. Add the carrots, cook until half way done then add the potatoes, salt and pepper,mutkatnod,garlic,cook until they are just a bit tender.add the minced meat and milk let them boil

put 2 sp margarine In another pan until Sprinkle them with flour and stir the until the flour mix troughly, add the water . Cook until the filling nice and thick, but not to thick. Adjust the taste.
Add to meat portion cook until it thick. put a side

For skin/flensjes :


In the bowl, sift the flour, make a well and add the rest of the ingredients then whisk into a smooth batter. On medium low heat a small pan (teflon) and pour the batter in to make a thin skin (crepes), when the surface is done slide the skin on to the plate. The bottom shouldn't be brown and crispy.

While the other skin are cooking, place the filling in the skin dont forget to add smoke beef and cheese ( each) make it three angle.Repeat the same technique until all the batter are finished and put aside.


Final step after all skin are Filled:

Dip all the risoles in to the whisk 3 egg batter then roll the Risoles in the bread crumbs, set aside. put in refrigerator for at least 30 minute.

fry in hot oil...serve hot with chilli sauce !
