Ikan goreng tepung / fish n chips

Ingredients :

500 gr Fish Fillet ( sliced in smaller sized and thinner)
10 sp Tapioca flour
4 sp Rice flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp pepper
1 sp Coriander powder
1 sp Garlic powder
vegetable oil

Direction :
Wash the fillet fish with lemon/citron let it dry add a little salt put aside.

Mixed all the ingredients Except fillet fish .
Put the fish fillet on flour ingredients and fry in hot oil until it brown...

serve hot with chips and chilli sauce
