This is one of my favorite soup...hemmm yummy
2 cups coconut milk
a dash of lemon juice
Spices :
shallots ,garlic,turmeric root ,coriander,cumin ,chili,salt , pepper,
Direction :
Crushed all spices and stir fry the spices with oil.
Boil Mutton/ allow 2 cups of broth to remain in the pan.
Add spices and 1 cup coconut milk ,turn to low heat until the meat is tender.
Add the remaining coconut milk ,continue cooking to enhance flavor.
Serve hot with a dash lemon juice and chili sauce...
