Opor ayam/ Chicken with coconut sauce

I made this on Ied mubarak....It's Indonesian traditional food which is always there on the most of indonesian table when they celebrate Eid after Ramadhan...

8 pieces of chicken lower thight
7 cloves garlic,
5 red onions,
Ginger 2 finger joints,
Turmeric 1 finger joints,
2 stalks lemon grass,
1 tsp cumin,
1 tbsp coriander,
Candle nut 4,
4 bay leaves.,
salt to taste.,
400 ml thick coconut milk.

how to make :

blend of spices, lemon grass and leaves except the bay leaves.

Add the chicken, stir briefly.
