Ingredients :
2 servings of rice
seasoning:
5 shallots
1 1 / 2 cm kencur
4 cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt
cooking oil
ADDITIONAL:
Anchovy (IKAN TERI) GORENG /fried
Cucumber (sliced)
Tomatoes (sliced)
How to make:
spices stir fry until fragrant , then add the rice and stir well.
Add just a little portion of anchovy.
How to serve :
Add cucumber and slice tomatoes.
