Batagor My style /Fish Ball

It is been long ago i didn't update my recipe on my blog, it does not i didnt have any but i have no time to set in......


Ingredients :

1 kg fillet fish
2 egg
500 potatoes flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 pc fish block / 1 sp fish powder
spring onions
2 fresh garlic (crushed)
1 1/2 sp flour ( cooked with a little water like when we made lem)
vegetable oil to fry


peanut sauce :
5 sp peanut butter
1 sp chilli sauce
1 fresh garlic
sweet soja sauce
1 sp palm sugar
salt to taste
1 sp vegetable oil
1 dl water
cucumber

Direction :

using the blender mixed fish , egg, potatoes flour, salt and pepper , garlic, fish block/powder
using hand add the spring onions and lem (from flour).

Put oil in pan let them hot under medium heat make sure that the pan is hot before you dip/you fry it. Take 1 sp of the fishball and fry it until it brown....set a side

For sauce : fry garlic add chili sauce and peanut butter add water , palm sugar, and salt to taste.

serving : cut the fish ball add peanut sauce and sojasauce...serve hot !
