ingredients:
1 Kg Fresh Mussel
5 bay leaf
1 Lt Beer
85 Grm butter
350 grm fresh breadcrumb
5 sp fine chopped persil
2 sp chives cutted
2 garlic (fine chopped )
citron
Directions :
CLean the mussel . Prepare the steamer . Put the beer together with bay leaf under the bottom of the steamer and put the Mussel of the top of the steamer and let them about 15 minute or until the mussel open by them self. Oy them self once finish just throw the mussel who dont open by them self because meant it is not fresh. let the mussel only with one shell.
Melt butter in pan add breadcrumb,persille,garlic,chives,salt and pepper mixed together. Let them for a while until the butter a bit stift. using tea spoon pulled this to mussel . Pressed the butter portion into mussel and put in preoven 230.c in 10 minute. serve immediately once the are hot ! together with slide of the citron.
