New york Cheese cake

This is Cake I made for My Husband Birthday . We love cheese cake . But This "New york cake " is not the same as the cake we normally eat, normal cheese cake, there is a biscuit layer on the bottom but this New york cheese cake without that..and totally full cheese.

I prefer to have this New york cheese cake than Normal cheese cake LOL ...worth it to try !

Ingredients :
600 Gram cream Cheese
500 Gram Sour cream / Creme fraiche
250 gram Icing sugar
4 Pcs Egg
3 sp lemon juice
1 Sp Potatoes Flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla



Direction :
In a mixer, combine the cream cheese and icing sugar until blended. Add eggs one by one and blend until smooth. Mix in flour, lemon juice, salt and vanilla until blended and last add sour cream.

Pour into prepared dish and set into a large pan of hot water.( Au bain Marie )
180 preheat oven , Bake for 45 minuter or until cake is browned and cracked. Turn off oven and leave cake in oven for 1 hour longer.

Remove cheesecake from water bath and allow to cool in dish on a wire rack for 1 hour. Place serving platter over dish and invert. Chill until ready to serve.


Special Note :
Dish we used is 20 cm (can open and closed) Add margarine to the bottom of the dish and put paper on top and add margarine on the paper too and add allumunium foil.
make sure allumunium foil cover outside too.

Bake with au bain marie....another dish put water is about 2,5 cm make sure this dish is not more heigh than the dish used for bake
