Siomay Bandung

When I was living In Indonesia , I used to eat this kind of snack almost everyday... easy just buy from " abang-abang " It is quite popular normal there . Normally the one we buy from "abang-abang" we can smelt the "fish " but since my husband don't like that smelt ( he tried once and said no thanks ) that why i used shrimp ,fish and chicken and Believe me My husband Like it so mucccccchhhhhhhhh...

Ingredients :
A.

100 gr mackerel fish (fillet)
200 gr Shrimp, (minced)
100 gr , ground chicken, (Minced chicken fillet)
2 Egg
150 cc Coconut milk
3 Garlic
1 tsp salt
2 Sp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 chicken broth ( Dry one - Maggy block )
100 gr Tapioca flour

B.Wanton
white kol Boiled
Potatoes
Egg Boiled

Direction :

Using food processor /blender Mixed all the ingredients A. take 1 layer wanton and put Ingredients A in the middle and take all the edge together until finished.and steamed it until it's done

Peel potatoes and cut become 2 and fill in with ingredients A and steamed it until it's done.

Peanut sauce :
30 gr garlic crush
50 gr Shallots crush
100 gr Chili crush
250 gr Peanut fry and crush
75 gr brown sugar
1 tsp Salt
5 stk Lemon blade
air
Oil to Fry

Sweet soy sauce
lemon



Direction for sauce :
Fry garlic and shallot until brown and add chili until the oil come out and add peanut and the rest of ingredients , use a small temperature until it is done.

Serve :
Siomay ,potatoes ,white kol ,egg put in big dish and add peanut sauce and soya sauce and add little lemon on top... Enjoy
