Chokoladetrøfler

I had a dark chocolate , i don't remember why i don't used it for long time ago and i found this recipe from my "winter " cooking book ,it looks good on the book that is why i tried to make it by my self and taste hemmmm yummy...it's taste like chocolate i got from my friend who living in japan , exactly the same taste ! I remember last year when my friend sent me chocolate it was gone in the same time lol but now i don't have to wait for her to send me again lol i just make it by my self now..lol

Ingredients :
2 Dl whip cream
200 gr dark chocolate ( 70% cocoa) ( minced )
25 gr Butter
Cocoa

Direction :

Boil whip cream and take from the warm and add Minced chocolate mixed together .Add Butter mixed together and let them in refrigerator until it stiv.

form chocolate using 2 tea spoon and let them cold in refrigerator again.

put chocolate bold to cocoa before serving...



Chocolate i got( almost one year ago ) from my friend who living in japan.
