Pisang goreng / Fried Banana

Who don't know about the exotic of Indonesian Fried banana ? lol When I tried to fry the banana here it's a bit difficult because of the difference of banana...In My home country the banana we used is more hard before fry and soft after we fried it but here most of banana is soft (because of ready to eat) so I used to make fried banana with really hot oil so it's brown outside in a short time and it is success..

Ingredients :
5-6 banana
Flour and Rice flour 6: 1
1 egg
salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2 Sp
Water

Direction :

Mixed all ingredients and fried in really hot oil take out when it's turn to brown...make sure not to fried too long unless you using Indonesian Banana so using normal

You can also make banana fried with simple methods ,what in my country call " Pisang Aroma " fried banana with aroma.

We just need :
Lumpia paper (some people called it "Wanton" with Big size one )
Sugar
banana
Oil for frying

put 1/2 banana on the middle of the lumpia paper add a little bit sugar and rolled it.

Fry into hot oil until it's getting yellow .

serving : You can serves with melted chocolate or ice cream...
