Bakwan jagung

Another Indonesian Dishes..the special from these dishes is the combination between sweet corn with shrimp and carrot ....

Ingredients :
A :
1 cup of flour
4 Sp Rice flour
1 egg
Ground coriander 1 Sp
salt 1 tsp
pepper 1 tsp
sugar 1 Sp
Candle nut 2 stk
1 st vegetable broth (bumbu penyedap )

3 st carrot
1 cane sweet corn ( 200 gram) ( 1/2 portion smash )
200 Gr shrimp
clove Garlic 3
shallot 3 stk
vegetable oil for frying
Spring onion (finely minced)

Direction :

Using a hand grater ,grate the carrot ,shallot ,garlic , candle nut into the bowl add beaten egg,salt ,pepper ,sugar ,coriander ground , flour and rice flour combine using a wooden spoon. Add sweet corn and shrimp and spring onion add water if necessary ( normally no need )

drop mixture into hot oil until golden about 3-5 minutes on each side .Drain on a paper towel and serve with chili sauce or green chili..enjoy !
